Phil and Maude’s Friday Feature: Launch of A Global Voice Of Peace
We’re happy to share the opening of a web site dedicated to global peace. A Global Voice of Peace (AGVOP) is A Hub, A Conduit, Connecting People, and Peace Initiatives World-Wide. In the words of its founder, Gylian Solay:
9-11-2001 was that spark for me: Outrage, shock, and gut-wrenching pain for those innocent lives snuffed out in an unfathomable act of hatred and destruction.
That night, I wrote A Global Voice of Peace Prayer and emailed it to family and friends. The next morning, I received an overwhelming response from people I knew and others unknown from around the world. That support spurred me on to email the Peace Prayer with added peace initiatives on the 11th of each month.
These monthly emails have continued for the past 19 yrs and now birthed A Global Voice of Peace website which just launched 11-11-2020. The emails will continue and will be linked to the website.
A Global Voice of Peace website is a Hub, A Conduit, to Connect all voices of Peaceful Endeavors World-Wide who want to share their ideas, visions, projects around peace. You’ll find out where People and Technology are Saving Lives and the Planet to create a Peace of Place, Peace of Mind, Peace of Spirit.
It is a site of Collaboration… for it is Me + You that creates a WE, a World Energy for Peace now and into future generations.
The site is open to all who want to visit, scroll around, and post their peace initiatives.
